gtartistoo Return & Refund Policy
gtartistoo offers a 30-day return policy for all orders placed on our official website, and if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may contact us to arrange a return.
This policy is subject to the following terms:
- gtartistoo must be notified no later than 30 days after you place your order(to initiate the return process).
- Returned products must be in “New” condition(unused, undamaged, and without signs of wear), in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories (e.g., manuals, tags, free gifts). gtartistoo reserves the right to assess fees for products with damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging—these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by gtartistoo (at our cost price) will be deducted from your total refund.
- You (the customer) are responsible for covering all costs and arranging the timing of returning the item. All shipping charges and associated fees for the return must be prepaid by you.
- You shall bearfull responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during transitto gtartistoo’s warehouse.

- gtartistoo retains the right to refuse delivery of the return or return the item to you at your own expense (with no refund issued) if a returned item is sent under any of the following circumstances:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is inspected and approvedby gtartistoo. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by third parties (e.g., payment processors, banks, or courier services).
How Do I Return an Item?
To initiate a return, please email us at service@gtartistoo.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name/model of the item(s) to return
- Current condition of the item(s) (e.g., “unused, in original packaging”)
- Reason for return (e.g., “change of mind,” “size mismatch”)
We will respond to your request within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to provide your RMA number and the specific return address (as return addresses may vary by region).
IMPORTANT: Do NOT Return Items Without Authorization
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO gtartistoo WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR A VALID RMA NUMBER.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- For returns initiated due to “change of mind” or non-gtartistoo errors, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service(e.g., DHL, FedEx, or local registered mail) and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items—this allows you to monitor the transit status and protect against loss or damage.
Approved Return Address
Please follow the return address provided by our customer service team.
After your return request is confirmed, our customer service team will send you the specific return address via email (return addresses may vary by region to ensure efficient processing). Do not ship to any unconfirmed address, as this may result in delayed processing or lost items—for which gtartistoo will not be liable.
