2. User Rights and Obligations

  • Purchase professional tattoo supplies through the Website and obtain corresponding services in accordance with these Terms and the Platform Rules;
  • Submit inquiries, complaints or suggestions regarding products or services, and we will respond in accordance with relevant regulations;
  • Lawfully enjoy the return, exchange and warranty services promised by us (subject to the Return and Warranty Policy).

Your Obligations:

3. Order and Transaction Rules

Order Submission and Confirmation:

  • When submitting an order on the Website, you shall confirm that the product information (such as the color and specification of tattoo inks, model of tattoo equipment), delivery address, payment amount and other contents are correct; submitting an order shall only be deemed as your issuance of a purchase offer, and we have the right to decide whether to accept the offer (i.e., confirm the order) based on inventory, product compliance and other factors;
  • Our notification to you of "Order Confirmed" via SMS, email or Website message shall be deemed as the establishment of a sales contract between both parties; if the order cannot be confirmed due to reasons such as insufficient inventory or incorrect pricing, we will promptly notify you and refund the paid amount (if any).

Pricing and Payment:

  • The prices of products on the Website shall be subject to the real-time display on the product details page. We reserve the right to adjust prices according to market conditions, and such adjustments shall not apply to confirmed orders;
  • You shall complete the payment in a timely manner in accordance with the payment method indicated in the order. If payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled (except for special agreements); handling fees incurred during the payment process (such as cross-border payment fees) shall be borne in accordance with the payment platform rules or agreements between both parties.

Logistics and Delivery:

  • We will entrust third-party logistics service providers (such as YunExpress, 4PX Express, etc., subject to the order details) to deliver the products according to the delivery address in your order. The delivery time and freight shall be implemented in accordance with the Logistics Policy published on the Website;
  • You shall sign for the products in a timely manner. Before signing, please check whether the quantity, appearance and specifications of the products are consistent with the order, and confirm that the tattoo ink packaging is intact and the tattoo equipment is undamaged; if you find that the products are damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered, you shall refuse to sign and immediately contact our customer service. Failure to raise an objection within the specified period shall be deemed that the products have been delivered in good condition.

4. After-Sales and Warranty Services

Return and Exchange:

  • If you are not satisfied with the products, you may apply for return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the products in accordance with the Return and Warranty Policy (the products shall be unopened, unused, undamaged, and the packaging shall be intact; tattoo inks shall remain in their original sealed state);
  • For returns/exchanges caused by product quality issues (such as deteriorated tattoo inks, non-functional tattoo equipment), the round-trip freight shall be borne by us; for returns/exchanges caused by your personal reasons (such as wrong purchase, dislike), the freight for returning the products shall be borne by you, and we will only bear the freight for re-delivery (except for special agreements).

Warranty Service:

  • We provide a 1-year quality warranty service for tattoo equipment sold on the Website (calculated from the date you sign for the products), and a 30-day quality guarantee for tattoo inks after delivery (the guarantee scope includes ink deterioration, leakage, etc.). The specific warranty scope and procedures shall be subject to the Return and Warranty Policy;
  • The warranty service shall be invalid if the product malfunctions due to the following circumstances: ① Over-lubrication of the tattoo equipment; ② Man-made damage caused by dropping, collision, etc.; ③ Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the tattoo equipment's motor or core components; ④ Replacement of parts not provided by us; ⑤ Deterioration of tattoo inks due to improper storage (such as exposure to sunlight, contamination) after opening; ⑥ Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, accidents).

After-Sales Response:

  • You may submit an after-sales application through the customer service entrance on the Website or via email (service@gtartistoo.com). When submitting the application, you need to provide the order number and product pictures/videos (to prove the problem, such as the fault screen of the tattoo equipment, ink leakage situation);
  • We will review the application and feedback the handling plan within 2 working days after receiving the application. The general warranty repair cycle is 7-15 working days (excluding logistics time).

5. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and will collect, use, store and protect your information (such as name, contact information, delivery address, payment information, etc.) in accordance with the Privacy Policy;

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless required by laws, government regulations or for the performance of obligations under these Terms (such as providing delivery information to the logistics service provider entrusted for delivery).

6. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use the Website and related services for the following acts; otherwise, we have the right to terminate services, freeze orders and reserve the right to pursue legal liability:

  • Violating national laws and regulations, and spreading illegal, violent, pornographic, defamatory and other harmful information;
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of us or third parties (such as stealing product pictures and text descriptions from the Website, selling infringing tattoo supplies);
  • Forging orders, conducting malicious order brushing, obtaining discounts improperly, or making malicious claims by taking advantage of after-sales rules (such as intentionally damaging products and then applying for return);
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Website, including but not limited to sending spam messages, implanting malicious codes, and attacking servers;
  • Other acts that violate these Terms or damage the legitimate rights and interests of us or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The product information (such as pictures, parameters, descriptions) provided on the Website is for reference only. We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, but due to factors such as lighting during photography, monitor differences, and minor differences in batch production, the actual appearance and color of the products may differ slightly from the pictures. The actual products shall prevail;

For delays in product delivery, loss or damage caused by logistics service provider delays, force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, policy adjustments) or incorrect delivery information provided by you, we will assist you in negotiating with the relevant parties to resolve the issue, but will not directly bear compensation liability (except for cases caused by our fault);

The Website may contain third-party links (such as payment platform links, logistics inquiry links). We are not responsible for the content, services and security of third-party websites. You shall bear the risks of accessing third-party websites on your own;

To the extent permitted by law, we only assume the responsibility of providing services "as is" under these Terms. Termination of the Terms:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions);

Disputes arising between you and us in relation to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of our operating entity (i.e., Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province).

10. Miscellaneous

The titles of these Terms are for readability only and shall not affect the interpretation of the contents of the Terms;

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions;
