1. Where we can ship to?

Our standard shipping time is 6-14 working days. Thank you very much for your support and understanding!

Shipping Eligible Countries

Below is a list of countries we currently support for shipping:

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States (US)

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK) 

2. What is the shipping cost?

Customers who make purchases of over $99 (or the equivalent value in other currencies) will be eligible for free shipping.

3. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

– Processing Time (2-3 working days): All orders are processed within 24 hours. An order confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes after placing an order. Additionally, we require 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping, ensuring everything is in good condition.

– Shipping Time (4-11 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, orders usually take 4 to 11 working days to arrive at your destination. Please note that wireless devices or batteries are special items (due to shipping regulations) and typically require 8-18 days for delivery.

Note: These time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that do not meet the estimated delivery date, nor will we refund shipping costs for returned items. 4. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes on my orders?

Customers from some European countries (e.g., Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom) and Canada may need to pay customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other applicable taxes, depending on your country’s duty and tax regulations.
